On a wedding day, transport is one of the few things that has to run to the minute. A little planning early makes it something nobody needs to think about on the day.
Start with the timeline
Work backwards from the ceremony time. Allow extra time for London traffic, photographs before leaving, and the walk from the car to the venue door. We will look at your route and suggest realistic timings.
Who needs a car?
- The couple, to the ceremony and on to the reception
- Parents and the wedding party
- Guests arriving from airports or hotels
- The journey home or to a hotel at the end of the night
When several cars are involved, we coordinate them as one booking with one point of contact, so you are not juggling drivers on the day.
Choosing the cars
Many couples choose the Range Rover Autobiography or a First Class Saloon for themselves, with Executive MPVs for family and guests. Every car arrives valeted and in black, so they look right together in photographs.
Questions to ask early
- Are there parking or access restrictions at the venue?
- Is there a second location, such as photographs in a park?
- Will anyone need a child seat or extra help getting in and out?
