Arriving at Heathrow: how your chauffeur meets you

A long flight ends well when the next step is already taken care of. Here is what happens between landing and settling into the back seat.

Before you fly

When you book, give us your flight number rather than a landing time. We use it to follow the flight live, so if you land early or late your pick-up moves with you. Delays are not charged as waiting time.

The evening before, you receive your chauffeur’s name, mobile number, the car and its registration.

When you land

Heathrow has four passenger terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board, so there is no need to look for a car park or pick-up zone.

Passport control and baggage reclaim can take anything from twenty minutes to over an hour. Take your time. Our fare already includes parking and generous waiting at airports, and your chauffeur will message you so you know they are there.

To the car

Your chauffeur takes your luggage and walks you to the car, parked a short distance away. Water, phone charging and Wi‑Fi are ready on board. From there it is door to door, whether that is a hotel in Mayfair or home.

A few tips

  • Keep your phone switched on after landing so your chauffeur can reach you.
  • Travelling with skis, golf clubs or a pushchair? Tell us when you book so we send the right car.
  • Connecting on to another flight or the Eurostar? We can plan the timing with you.
